SMS text messaging program
Program description
ThinkBright sends informational and account-related SMS messages to customers who have opted in, including service activation confirmations, billing and invoice reminders, technical support and network status updates, installation or appointment reminders, and general account announcements.
How consent is obtained
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box during online account sign-up at thinkbright.net/sign-up, or by verbally confirming your consent with a ThinkBright representative during an account setup call. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any ThinkBright service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from ThinkBright at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
